Today i am going to talk about the benefits of fruit breakfast. its a natural phenomena that during 7-11 am our body functions on high detoxification so if we eat fruits in this time period the energy that we gather from those fruits are invested in that detoxification process rather than invested in heavy digestion of fatty food that you eat!
