DEHYDRATION METER


Check whether you are hydrated or dehydrated simply match you color.


 Photo: Follow up to the water/dehydration post earlier. Compare your pee people. LOL! If you're not in the first three bars then you definitely need to work on your water consumption, dude. If it's the taste, add stuff to it like frozen fruit, mint, cucumbers, etc.
