HOW TO STAY FIT DURING SCHOOL

Hey!

I have few tips that helps you stay fit during school. many school going girls don't pay attention towards them self i have few tips with which you can retain your beauty. when you are off to school there hardly any time left for gyming or to stay fit. do not stress and follow these guide lines.
1. prepare your food before hand
don't eat similar things again and again it is important to change your menu so that you dont get boredom.
2.plan out your workout schedule
3.Keep healthy snacks available
4. Dont stress yourself alot try to stay calm
5. set your goals and try to follow it throughout the school year.
Try to play some games during your school time or be the part of an athletic team to keep your self healthy and fit.
